In-Person Conference Registration

Part 1: Registration Form

Fill out the ACTAL Conference 2023 registration form. Attendance is limited so register ASAP.

Note that this registration form is only for *in-person attendance* in Richmond, VA. There is no option for virtual participation for the Richmond conference. If you can’t join us in person, we invite you to participate in the virtual roundtables on Nov 1-2.

Part 2: Payment

Payment is *separate* from registration, so that attendees do not have to worry about immediate payment during the often time-sensitive registration process. After completing the registration form, you will be emailed a link to an online payment form within two days. Conference registration payment is due within two weeks of registering.

Registration Rates

$125 – General conference attendee
$100 – Conference presenter
$65 – Student / Unsubsidized (*Unsubsidized applies to professionals who receive no support from your institution, and also includes part-time, between jobs, and retired)
Parking – if you choose to park on campus (many public transit options from hotels): $8 for half day or $16 for full day

Registration Includes: Two receptions (Tuesday and Wednesday); Breakfast, snacks, and lunch (Wednesday and Thursday) and all conference materials, breakout sessions, and keynote speaker.

Virtual Conference Registration

Registration and detailed schedule for the Virtual Conference (November 1 & 2) will be available on October 2, 2023.
