• Full conference registration (non-member): $275
• ACTAL Members & Presenters: $250
• Subsidized rate: $150 (email contact@actalibraries.org for code)

Program Overview

• Wednesday, November 4: Optional dinner and drinks meet-ups on the eve of the conference!
• Thursday, November 5: Conference opening day! A full day of activities, including group breakfast, an opening session, workshops, presentations, and posters, group lunch, an afternoon plenary session, and a dinner reception.
• Friday, November 6: A full day including group breakfast, a keynote speaker, workshops, presentations, and posters, group lunch, an afternoon plenary session, and an off-campus closing event. 
• Saturday, November 7: Post-conference sessions and optional site visits. 

Conference Themes

• Hospitality / Behind the scenes: How do we welcome users into our spaces and engage them with our services once they are there? What work happens behind the scenes to make this possible?
• Art and Exhibition: Incredible things are made in all of our spaces. We want to celebrate the work happening in your spaces and engage in conversations about how we share this work out with others in meaningful ways.

Travel

• Harry Reid International Airport in Las Vegas, NV is the closest airport.

Hotels

• We do not have a hotel block for ACTAL this year. We recommend the following hotels, both walkable to UNLV Library.
  • Hyatt Place Las Vegas
  • Virgin Hotels Las Vegas
