Nominations & Elections

ACTAL is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors elected by the membership. Board elections are held annually in accordance with the ACTAL Bylaws. ACTAL will hold its first election in 2026.

Open Positions

All Voting Board seats will be open:

  • President (2-year term) 
  • Vice President / President-Elect (3-year term)
  • Secretary (1 year term, open seat in 2027 to stagger with Treasurer)
  • Treasurer (2 year term)
  • Director-at-Large (2 year term)
  • Director-at-Large (1 year term)

Nominations

Nominations are welcomed from eligible ACTAL members. Self-nominations are encouraged.

Nominations are due by September 1, 2026.

  • Call for Nominations: July 29, 2026
  • Nominations Close: September 1, 2026
  • Candidate Round tables: September 2026
  • Voting: October 1–30, 2026
  • Results Announced: By November 5, 2026
  • New Board Introduced: Annual Business Meeting (November 2026)
